After identifying a need in the local market for expert Human Resource services, the company was initially established as Evolv HR Solutions in February 2017. Starting with only a handful of clients in Worcester, Evolv’s professional onslaught and results-driven approach contributed to them quickly enlarging their footprint in a variety of industries in the greater Boland region. In 2020, the Evolv team expanded their range of services to also include specialised training and development. We are dedicated and passionate about helping you grow your team and to see your business reach it’s full potential.
Elizabeth Verwoerd
CO-OWNER
Elizabeth Verwoerd grew up in the small town of Lichtenburg in the North West Province. She furthered her tertiary studies at the University of Potchefstroom, where she obtained both her BCom degree in Behavioural Sciences as well as her BCom Honours degree in Labour Relations. After relocating to the Western Cape, Elizabeth gained valuable experience in both the agricultural and corporate industries during her time at Graham Beck Enterprises and RCL Foods, respectively. Due to the fact that she also owns a business in the retail industry, Elizabeth is dedicated to combining her expertise in the field of Human Resources with her business acumen in order to add value to a company’s bottom line.
Antoinette Lambrechts
CO-OWNER
Antoinette Lambrechts was born and bred in the Boland, where she matriculated Cum Laude. She completed both her BA degree in Value and Policy Studies as well as her BCom Honours degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Stellenbosch. After practising as a Labour Law Consultant in Cape Town, she returned to her roots in Worcester, where she worked as an HR Generalist at a reputable manufacturing company before joining forces with Elizabeth Verwoerd to establish Evolv HR Solutions. Antoinette enjoys the challenges associated with the variety within the field of Human Resource Management and is particularly passionate about recruiting candidates who show a perfect fit with both the technical aspects of the position as well as the culture of the company.
